Ronald B. Laba was awarded his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Manitoba, Canada, in 1981, graduating with honors in political science and history. While there, he was selected as a Manitoba and Western Regional Finalist for the Rhoades Scholarship Trust.
Mr. Laba earned his law degree at Pepperdine University School of Law in Malibu, California in 1984. He graduated with honors and was selected to the Pepperdine University Dean’s Honor List as well as selected to the United States National Dean’s List. Furthermore, he ranked 1st in his class in Products Liability, Remedies and Admiralty. He was admitted to the California Bar in November 1984 and two years later was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar.

Before starting the Law Offices of Ronald B. Laba, APC in 1991, he was a Principal in the Law Firm of Kirby and Laba in San Diego, CA. He did his legal internship at the California Department of Justice, Division of Tax and Business.
Over the past 30 years Mr. Laba has focused much of his experience on fighting big corporations, insurance companies and pharmaceutical and medical device companies. During his time in the legal profession, he has helped thousands of injured clients through some of their most challenging emotional, medical and financial struggles.
